Consumers have a right of cancellation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this agreement without stating a reason within fourteen days.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (tri-o-logo.com, Judith Andresen, Am Schwarzenbach 27, 88239 Wangen i.A., Germany) of your decision to cancel this agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not compulsory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this agreement. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this agreement. This time limit is deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You must only compensate us for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any use or handling of the goods that is not necessary to ascertain the qualities, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of cancellation:
The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. A logo created for you is included.In such a case, please contact us.

General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods with the original packaging and all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above-mentioned items 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
